Site Maintenance -Updated

I’m trying to figure out what is slowing the site down so much. So for the next few days it may look strange, or may not work at all.
Update.
O.k. so it was the Flickr widget on the Sidebar that showed my latest Flickr photo. So things should be running faster now, I’m looking for a replacement now. There may still be small changes happening while I try things out, but everything should work.
