Mormon support of the war.

The Salt Lake Tribune has an interesting article here about Mormon’s support of President Bush and the War. After being the lone state to have over 50% of it’s population support PResident Bush and the war for months, suddenly there has been a 21% drop in support among members of the church in the past few months. The article cites President Hinckley talking about”the terrible cost of war” recently and Govornor Huntsman returning from a trip to Iraq with an unfavorable opinion of the situation.
Anyway, it’s nice to see Latter-Day Saints doing something besides blindly supporting a Republican President, even if I feel they’re years behind the curve.
