Photo a Day 162

So how do I party when my family goes out of town for five days? Sit around playing video games and eating Doritos? Stuff myself on Oreo ice cream* while watching violent movies and playing loud music? No, this boy goes all out. I took a trip to the grocery store and bought as much seafood as I could find to cook up while they’re gone, then built a new garden for 20 hours. I can enjoy some of my favorite foods without worrying about what I’m going to feed those anti-seafood heathens. I’m a wild man.
*O.k. I admit I stuffed myself on Oreo ice cream after the fish was gone.
Wow, looks fantastic. I’m afraid the only time I’ll be able to try cooking salmon is when my wife’s out of the house too. Brooke is happy when I cook, but she has put her foot down on my cooking fish in our home. Here’s my photo response:

I’m afraid messy casseroley dishes, chemical dessert, and salty bread in incandescent lights doesn’t quite stack up. Great photo, Jeremy.
This looks delicious. I didn’t know you are such a seafood fan.
Yum! You need to start sharing recipes.
Where did your family go?
They went to Nauvoo Illinois to visit Britnie’s grandparents. This one’s pretty simple. Tomatoes, cucumbers, fresh cilantro and onions tossed with olive oil and salt for the salsa. Sear the salmon for about 3 minutes on each side in olive oil.
