I don’t have a clue what kind of fish tilapia is, but the guy at the store said it was fresh. For all I know it’s the lowest of the low on the fish scale. Just in case, I made a fairly strong sauce, not enough to hide the taste of the fish, but enough to make it palatable. Fortunately this wasn’t necessary, it didn’t taste bad at all.
