We transplanted one of our maple’s to the back yard this morning. Syracuse had a top-secret list of trees you could plant in the parking strip, and Autumn Blaze Maple’s aren’t on that list. It would have been helpful to know about this two years ago, but it would be too simple to let everyone know in advance instead of just fining everyone.  A couple more photos here.
