- This is interesting. The Washington Republican party decided to stop counting votes for last weeks primary with 13% left and McCain and Huckabee are within 2 percent of each other. Now they’ve declared McCain the winner without counting the votes. Huckabee says they’re afraid he will win and put a damper on McCain’s great Super Tuesday. What other reason could there be to stop counting?
