Happy Easter Everyone

Easter is one of my favorite holidays. You know spring is here and the sunshine is coming. I really enjoy spending time with my family, reflecting on my Savior and the many blessing he has given me. It is always fun to spend time with the family, Easter is a day I cherish.
We had an Easter egg hunt with some friends at Barnes Park on Saturday.
On Sunday I woke up to some very excited children and wanting to find eggs and Easter baskets. This year Wyatt was starting to understanding egg hunting.
Then came the sugar high of children bouncing and running around the house. We enjoyed a yummy breakfast of waffles and strawberries and went to church. Today was a momentous occasion, Wyatt actually stayed in nursery today all by himself with no tears. A very happy day for me!!!!
We came home from church and decided to blow bubbles in the front yard.
We then went to Poppy and Grammy’s house for an egg hunt and a delicious dinner.
By the time we headed home the kids were on their sugar low and ready for bed. It is funny that Wyatt gets so tired in the car we have to sing, talk and try to get him to laugh to keep his eyes open.

Looks like you guys had a good time. We had blizzards for Easter. I have pictures of my kids standing on our deck in their sleeveless spring dresses while snow piled up on their shoulders. We still had fun, though.
Fun pictures. I feel bad for Jamie, especially because I decided to comment mainly to say it was nice to see the snow gone and green grass showing.
