- I really dislike Wal-Mart, but don’t mind pointing out when they do something great. During Katrina, the Wal-Mart CEO told local store managers “A lot of you are going to have to make decisions above your level. Make the best decision that you can with the information that’s available to you at the time, and, above all, do the right thing.“ also, the National Post reports Wal-Mart did more to help Katrina victims than anyone else.

It is easy to hate big boxes, but after Katrina, our store was left with no generators, chain saws, or other emergency items for months. My department, lumber, saw a huge increase in lumber staples prices like OSB because of the shipments sent to Louisiana.
I noticed that there are supposedly a lot of single men in Utah. I wonder if they are counting guys in the MTC and the growing gay population in Salt Lake? I know a lot of single girls who are looking.
