Babysitting the chick

Last weekend we had a new friend for the weekend. In school Sid is learning more about animals. We had the opportunity to babysit a baby chick. The chick was 4 days old. She was very cute and Sid and “Jamieanna Johnsen” got along great. Sid sang to her, held her, talked to her and were best friends. Sid was a wonderful babysitter and it was sad to see her go back to her brothers and sisters on Monday. I know we can’t wait until Sis gets older to test her babysitting skills on little brother.
She looks worried because she thought the chick was afraid of the flash.
I love how caring she is.
