Today I wanted to make a tribute to my Grandma. She one one of the most loveable people that I know. I can think of a few words to describe her. She always brought so much encouragement, love, concern and has always had so much strength. She is and has always been someone to look up to. Today I found out that my Grandma has a very aggressive type of Lymphoma and the doctors at the Huntsman Cancer Institute have given her days to one month to live. She very much at peace with this and told me she has nothing to be sad or depressed about. She said she has a great prosperity and has lived a wonderful life and couldn’t ask for more. I only hope I can have a small amount of strength that she has. I love you Grandma.

Is this the grandma on your mom’s side or your dad’s side? It’s always hard to deal with the illness of a loved one. I hope you all receive the strength and comfort you need to get you through this time.
It is my Dad’s mom. My Dad’s dad passed about last Nov. so my Grandma with be able to be with him again. She misses him so much.
