Lagoon 2008 part 1

First of all I was annoyed to discover I’d set my camera to ISO 400 while we were at the merry-go-round, and didn’t fix it until much later in the day. So all the shots from early in the day have a slight grain when you look at them closely.
Wyatt was still nervous on some of the early rides, he was only comfortable with someone he knew riding with him. And even after we’d been there a few hours, he never cracked a smile on a single ride (actually none of the young kids did). He just sat stone-faced, but as soon as he got off, he be begging to get back on and was full of smiles. So he had a great time, you just can’t tell from the photos.
Honestly, both these kids are enjoying themselves
Here’s a strange one, usually Sid puts on the fake smile as soon as I get the camera out. I have to surprise her if I want to get a good shot. I guess she was really so happy she couldn’t fake it this time.

I love the picture of Sid. I also thought it was interesting that none of the little kids cracked a smile while riding but they all wanted to go again.
Great picture of Sid! I know as soon as we pull out the cameras around Taylor and easton it is a Cheesy “Cheese” smile if we pose them.
