Balloon Bust

Every year there’s a hot air balloon roundup out on Antelope Island, and we decided to take the kids along with our friends to see the hot air action.
After paying to get on the island, and watching the storm clouds roll in, we quickly discovered it was too windy for balloons. After about 30 minutes enjoying dust blowing in our faces, we retreated to Artic Circle for the kids to enjoy the jungle gym and the adults to enjoy some ice cream. It was a fun time, and I had my first BBQ turkey leg. It was a little dry.
